The central courtyard was light, bright, and airy - super refreshing! The big room had a good strong shower with hot water. The location was mind-blowing, just meters away from all the main attractions. The traditional Spanish Colonial design of the building with arches and a courtyard with a fountain was jaw-dropping. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was surprisingly good with actual coffee. The jacuzzi was a fun addition. our stay was amazing and exceeded our expectations!

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the historical district. It was so convenient to be just a few steps away from all the famous landmarks and main square. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with any questions or requests I had. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were top-notch, including the ironing facilities, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV. I also loved the cozy sitting area and the lovely patio in the center of the hotel. I was impressed with how clean and quiet the place was, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing environment during my trip.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The rooms were a decent size and the showers were hot and powerful. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and banks close by. We also appreciated the fact that the staff were helpful whenever we needed something.

The internet was painfully slow and almost unusable. This was a real issue as we were trying to plan our activities for Easter.

We loved staying in this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the main square and a variety of restaurants and banks. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with everything we needed during our stay. They even offered complementary shampoo and conditioner in our room, which was a nice touch. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful courtyard and fountain in the middle. The cleanliness was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and safe during our entire stay.

    For us, it was ideal.

The location was mind-blowing - just a block from the main square and jaw-dropping sights. The staff, though not fluent in English, were super helpful. The shower was amazing, with hot water that felt like heaven. The Spanish Colonial design of the building, with its arches and courtyard, was absolutely gorgeous. The lady at reception who spoke English was a lifesaver. The breakfast, with scrambled eggs and fresh papaya juice, was a delicious way to start the day.

    The Terrace and Sun Loungers

After a tiring day exploring the fascinating sights of Potosi, I found the perfect spot to unwind at the hotel. The terrace, with its sun loungers arranged around picturesque corridors overlooking the inner patio, felt like a tranquil oasis. I reclined on one of the loungers, basking in the warm sun, and sipped on a refreshing drink. The ambiance was so relaxing, it felt like I was on my own private island, far away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Great breakfast with fresh juices and fruits to start the day. the location of the hotel was ideal, just a few steps from the main square and the cathedral. Having a balcony in the room was also a nice touch, perfect for enjoying some fresh air and views of the city.

The noise level was quite high throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. There was a loud noise coming from the boiler on the top floor that could be heard from the rooms, and on weekends, the noise from the nightclubs across the road was almost intolerable.

Perfectly located in the heart of the city and generally very clean, this hotel is a great choice for those wanting to explore the local attractions. the staff are helpful and can help organise tours. Some rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are generally clean. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs and fresh papaya juice.

    Slow and unreliable Wi-Fi connection.

Breakfast was tasty with a good selection of scrambled eggs and fresh fruits, a great start to the day. the location was perfect, close to many attractions and convenient for exploring the city. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing assistance whenever needed.

The noise from the boiler on the top floor was unbearable, constantly restarting throughout the night. It felt like a torture, disrupting my sleep.
